ABOUT

The FL BH IMPACT (Improving Maternal and Pediatric Access Care and Treatment) program is aimed to enhance the capacity of perinatal and pediatric clinicians to improve behavioral health outcomes in Florida and beyond.

The program partners with clinicians and clinical care sites to integrate screening, training and technical assistance, as well as access to behavioral health specialists including psychiatric access.

Our program has two active programs that seeks to enhance accessibility of resources for patients and families in need of mental health and substance use supports: Maternal & Perinatal Mental Health Program and Pediatric Behavioral Health Program. These program also provide a statewide directory of active and qualified maternal and pediatric behavioral health providers. BH Impact operates under the Florida State University Center for Behavioral Health Integration.
