Join Sunshine Health Maternal Project ECHO

We invite you to participate in Sunshine Health Maternal Project ECHO, a new provider education initiative to support providers in delivering behavioral health care to pregnant and postpartum members.

This initiative will focus on addressing behavioral health challenges such as postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety and substance use disorders among pregnant and postpartum women in partnership with the Florida BH IMPACT (Improving Maternal and Pediatric Access Care and Treatment) Program. This initiative will be delivered through lecturers facilitated by Florida BH IMPACT, and cover these topics:

•    April 24, 2025: Therapeutic Interventions and MI

•    June 26, 2025: Perinatal Mood Disorders — Depression

•    August 28, 2025: Perinatal Anxiety and Bipolar Disorder

•    October 30, 2025: Perinatal Substance Use, MAT and SBIRT

Submit a Case Study  

We encourage providers to submit case studies to the Sunshine Health Maternal Project ECHO sessions for group discussion and learning.

To submit a case study for consideration, download the Sunshine Health Maternal Project ECHO Clinical Case Presentation form (PDF) and complete it. 

Then email the completed form with “Case Study” in the subject line to ProjectECHO@SunshineHealth.com“>ProjectECHO@SunshineHealth.com.

Participants selected to present will receive $250 incentive for every case study presented. Not all case studies will be selected. You do not have to submit a case study to attend the lectures.

Privacy Notice: All Project ECHO participants, presentations and materials must adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Participants in Sunshine Health Maternal Project ECHO sessions must not share any protected health information (PHI). All of the clinical cases presented must be de-identified so that no patient information is shared. These sessions are strictly discussions of de-identified cases for general knowledge.
